They portray and interpret female beauty through multiple buttock shapes that may exist. In fact, there are specific types of glutes for each butt. Our buttocks: we can never talk enough!

The buttocks are the rear region of the hip, between the trunk and the birth of the lower extremities. They are two fleshy masses both rounded and protruding. They include several gluteal muscles that connect the pelvis to the femur: the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus, forming the largest and most powerful muscle mass in our body. Their role: to enable and support the march.

The buttocks are primarily made up of fat tissue and slow and fast-twitch muscle fibers. In general,  women have more rounded and prominent buttocks than men. Each pair of buttocks has quite specific morphological characteristics. Its padded shape makes it easy to sit down but also arouses a special interest in men.

Why are there different buttock shapes?

Some women do not hide it, others prefer not to talk about it openly, but what is almost certain is that they all pay special attention to the shape of their buttocks. The morphology of the buttocks differs between the female gender. There are those that are flat-arched, downright soft or well padded. In some populations in Africa, we find female buttocks that give the fairer sex broad and plump buttocks. This is due to an excessive development of fatty tissues located in the posterior area.

The perception of the beauty of the buttocks is often influenced by geographic, cultural, ethnic and demographic factors. According to a   scientific study   conducted in the United States, proven relationships have been established between age, gender, ethnicity, country of residence, and the definition of the “ideal” female gluteus. For example, plastic surgeons in Latin America will prefer wider buttocks, followed by their Asian counterparts. In contrast, surgeons in North America and Europe will prefer larger buttocks.

There is also a correlation between buttock shape and genetics. Buttock morphology is genetically determined by the size and structure of the pelvic and hip bones. The pelvises of the gluteal types are all different. As a result, the nature of your lumbar arch affects the shape of your buttocks. Additionally, the amount of inherited muscle mass in the pelvis and buttocks also varies from woman to woman. Therefore, all these stereotypes make it easy to visualize the appearance of the buttocks: square, round, A, V or H.

Round buttocks

These are the famous Bubble Butt. Round buttocks generally have three dimensions: round at the hips, round at the lower back, round at the curve. They represent the buttocks bulging by excellences with a high and marked arch. This shape of the ass is highly sought after by women: it is also the favorite of plastic surgeons who tend to idealize it systematically. Ultra-feminine and highly desirable, it is identified by a remarkable harmony between the hips and the lower back.

This is the shape of the female buttocks, they are also called pear buttocks. She is particularly considered the most voluptuous. The harmonious symmetry of the heart-shaped glutes also classifies it as a large glute. Closer to the round buttocks, they project less to the rear but offset their advantages with wide hips. Which puts her in a good spot for very hot glute types.

H-shaped buttocks

The H-shaped buttocks are quite masculine in shape. They are characterized by little or no hips. The figure of this type of hindquarters can appear athletic, slightly round, or small. It is also possible that this type of butt retains a certain aspect of the curve in the back.

Square buttocks lack curves and a certain harmony at the edges. Women with square buttocks have very sharp and short hips. The pelvis is less generous in the long, straight gluteal muscles, giving a square shape from one end of the buttocks to the other.

How to have beautiful, plump, and well-shaped buttocks?

If you have a pear-shaped butt or if you find it too big or too small, especially, don’t quickly admit defeat. There are several natural and effective ways to make yourself smile again. Sport at the service of your glutes is the best. Start with some specific exercises to do on a daily basis.

The act of taking the stairs instead of the elevator is a good approach. Climbing the stairs is a well-known exercise for strengthening the glutes. You can also walk about 20 minutes a day, even park your car and walk to the bus station. Finally, consider checking into a weight room where you will be directed to more suitable exercises to strengthen the gluteal muscles.

Taking care of your butt also goes through the plate. Without a well-adapted diet, you risk destroying all your efforts. You need to consume more protein because it is used for muscle rebuilding. It favors  white meats  , egg whites, fish, dairy products, soybeans … Eat less salt, not too much fat, not too sweet and drink plenty of water to  drain the body  .

Finally, hydrate your skin with a skincare cream. Regular application of moisturizers or oils tones the gluteal muscles. Also, to firm the skin, you can apply a scrub, once a week, to remove dead cells.

Round buttocks and buttocks

If you have a round butt, you are not complaining in the least! The shape of your butt is highly envied. You will only have to do some lunges  and  bent squat exercises   to maintain the line and harmonize your beautiful figure. Avoid overexertion that will overdevelop your glutes.

Buttocks in the shape of a heart

Without proper physical exercises, heart-shaped buttocks quickly turn into bulky buttocks. They become flabby and need a more balanced size. The solution? Do lateral exercises, such as resistance steps, with the elastic in the ankles or the squat on one leg, excellent for keeping the volume of the buttocks in good balance.

V-shaped glutes

Your problem is the flat buttock. You will have to concentrate your work on the gluteus maximus, the muscle that gives the glutes their bounce. Since your glutes need to firm up, exercising with your bodyweight alone would not be enough. When doing squats, it is best to do it with weights. Hold a dumbbell in your hands to perform  squat cups  . Start off light with a load, then work things out gradually.

Square and H-shaped buttocks

They are buttocks with small  saddlebags  or with  love handles  . Ultimately, the idea is to launch them without increasing in volume. Therefore, it is necessary to do the exercises slowly, without really straining but warming up the muscles a bit. The exercises are suitable to achieve  lunges swivel  and  elevations  lateral leg  .
